Bill Fulton on Piano at Peace Lutheran Church ELCA Service
Bill Fulton piano at Peace Lutheran Church brought live keyboard accompaniment to a Sunday worship service in Corona, California. Fulton played traditional hymns and contemporary Christian music at Peace Lutheran Church ELCA, 280 E Ontario Ave. The engagement placed his professional piano work in a church setting rather than a concert hall or nightclub.
For Fulton, the service added another setting to a career built around piano, keyboards, arranging, and composition. His broader keyboardist and pianist credits span live performance and studio work. However, this Corona appearance focused on music shaped for worship and congregational participation.
Sunday music at Peace Lutheran Church
Peace Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. In addition, it belongs to the ELCA’s Pacifica Synod. The church has served Corona from its Ontario Avenue location for decades. Its worship has included traditional liturgy, hymns, and contemporary music.
That musical mix matched the program Fulton played for the service. Meanwhile, the church’s regular Sunday worship provided the setting for his piano accompaniment. Rather than presenting a separate recital, Fulton contributed live music within the flow of the service. As a result, the performance connected his professional keyboard background with Peace Lutheran’s established worship tradition.
A Corona church engagement
The Bill Fulton piano at Peace Lutheran Church engagement also reflected the congregation’s place in the Corona community. Peace Lutheran stands at 280 E Ontario Ave in Riverside County. Moreover, the site hosts community activity beyond Sunday worship, including programs operated by the Corona-Norco Family YMCA.
For information about the congregation, visit the Peace Lutheran Church website. The ELCA also lists Peace Lutheran among Pacifica Synod congregations in Corona. Therefore, the service joined Fulton’s performance history with a local church that maintains ties to the wider Lutheran community.
Ultimately, the morning centered on worship and live piano. Fulton supported the service with familiar hymn traditions as well as contemporary Christian selections. At the same time, the engagement showed another side of his work as a professional pianist in Southern California.
