Bill Fulton on keys or piano with Touch n Go Band
The Bill Fulton Concord keyboard performance November 21 1986 took place with Touch N Go Band at the Concord Sheraton Hotel. Fulton appeared on keys or piano in the hotel’s cocktail lounge at 45 John Glenn Drive, Concord, California.
Friday at the Concord Sheraton Hotel
This Friday date formed part of a series of Touch N Go Band appearances at the Concord hotel. The band also has documented engagements there on November 18, 19, 20, and 22. Together, those listings show a run of live performances rather than a single isolated appearance.
Each date has its own place in the archive. People researching Fulton’s performance history can identify the exact day, artist, and venue. That detail is especially useful for older engagements, when a musician might return to the same room several times in one week.
Playing with a Live Band
As the group’s keyboardist or pianist, Fulton contributed to the ensemble from the keys. In a live band, the keyboard part can reinforce harmony, add rhythmic accents, and leave room for other instruments. It also requires close listening. The player responds to the band’s timing and the shape of each arrangement as it unfolds.
The surviving event listing identifies the engagement but does not provide a set list or a verified start time. Rather than assign particular songs to the evening, this page documents what is known: Touch N Go Band performed in the cocktail lounge, and Fulton played keys or piano.
