Groove Lexicon (fka Bill Fulton Band) at Palmdale Amphitheater
Groove Lexicon Palmdale 2016 marked an appearance by Bill Fulton’s jazz ensemble at the Palmdale Amphitheater on August 6. The venue stands at 2723 Rancho Vista Boulevard. The program also included Gina Eckstine. In addition, the Herbie Kae and Tony Capko Band appeared on the bill.
First, the event brought several jazz performers together for a summer concert. Meanwhile, Fulton introduced the ensemble under its newer name, The Groove Lexicon. The group’s earlier identity was the Bill Fulton Band. In fact, the accompanying video transcript traces that history to 2002.
