Bill Fulton Touch N Go Band January 8 documents Bill Fulton’s January 8, 1987 performance with Touch N Go Band in San Jose, California. Fulton performed on keyboards and piano during the band’s multi-night engagement at the Red Lion Inn.
Hotel engagements provided steady performance opportunities for professional musicians during this period. Furthermore, playing several consecutive nights allowed musicians to become increasingly familiar with the ensemble and its repertoire. These engagements were therefore an important part of the professional live-music circuit.
